OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU
At our shop, we pour all our love and attention into creating the perfect garments for you. But hey, we get it - sometimes it just doesn't vibe with you or tickle your fancy. No worries, we've got you covered!
EASY ONLINE RETURNS/ EXCHANGES
If the item you receive doesn't quite hit the mark, no worries! You can return/ exchange it within 2 Days of receiving it. Just remember, love isn't always at first sight, so take a second look before making that decision! 😌
When you return an item, we usually deduct a flat INR 50/- as a Return Shipping fee from your refund. But hey, here's a fun twist! If you choose "Store Credit" as your refund option, the return fee won't be applicable. It's all about making the right choice, so choose wisely! 😉
STORE CREDIT VALIDITY: 90 DAYS
FOR EXCHANGES WE CHARGE RS.100/-
Make sure you've met these criteria if you want to make a return/ exchange:
- Return/ Exchange Timing: Send that item back within 2 days of delivery. Don't be fashionably late!
- Item Inspection: Keep it fresh: return the item in its original state - unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with tags and packaging intact 🌿
- Please note: Stick to a simple try-on, & keep it as impeccable as the day it landed on your doorstep for a hassle free return/ exchange.
- Heads Up: A slight variation in color (approximately 10-12%) may occur due to differences in screen resolution and camera lighting. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept this as a valid reason for exchanges or returns.
PROCESS TO INITIATE A RETURN/EXCHANGE:
We're all about keeping the breakup as smooth as a fresh jar of peanut butter. Here's the hassle-free scoop:
- Go to our Returns center and drop in your Order ID, email, or phone number.
- If you've got multiple items in your order, pick out the ones you want to RETURN/EXCHANGE.
- For returns: Choose a return reason and drop a note for the shop. (Communication is key!)
- For exchange: Choose the size/ style you want to exchange with. Sizes in exchange are subject to availability.
- Remember - Opt for "Store Credit" if you don't want to pay the return charges.
- Hit that Request button. Easy!
As soon as your request hits our inbox, we'll take a quick peek and give it the green light for pick up. Once your order lands in our warehouse, we'll give it the "eyes-on" treatment. If everything checks out, a refund/exchange will be making its way to you. 😊

INCORRECT / DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE / MISSING ITEM
Even though we do a thorough check before sending out our items, yet if, on the rare occasion, it falls under the "Faulty! Damaged! Wrong! Missing" category - let us know within 24 hours of delivery, & remember to include:
- An unboxing video: Send us a few shots of your not-so-lovely unboxing experience at hello@divyadesign.in
- Get us at least 3, clear pictures
- Highlight in Red: Kindly ensure the images are clear and the damaged/defective/missing part of the outfit is highlighted in red
- You must send us an image of the original labels and tags intact along with the invoice.
*Pro Tip: As soon as your shiny new package comes in, don't just rip it open. Grab your camera & document the unboxing process. This way, if anything is amiss, you'll have video evidence to help solve the problem with ease. So, keep calm & unbox on! 👍
We'll aim to resolve it as quickly possible.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
While we aim to be as accommodating as possible, there are certain exceptions and special cases where our returns policy does not apply. These include:
- Items Marked as Final Sale / Clearance Sale: It's called final for a reason.
- Items purchased as Bundle
FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges for international orders, which we know is a bummer!
But here's some good news - if your items arrive damaged or defective, don't worry! Simply email us at hello@thedbias.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

REFUNDS
Refunds are processed only when we receive your returns, which usually takes 3-4 business days. Here's a lowdown on the refunds:
- For Refund to Original Payment Method: 5 - 10 Business Days.
- For Store Credit as refund: 3-4 Business days. (Remember📌: Full Refund without deducting Return Shipping charges). Store Credit will have a validity of 3 months.
- For COD Orders: Mail us your bank account information & your refund will reach you in 5-10 business days. OR simply opt for store credit.
